Inszone Insurance Services has announced that it has acquired The Contractors Insurance Group, an Arizona-based agency that focuses on contractors.
The Contractors Insurance Group operates in 31 states and the District of Columbia. It was founded in 2019 by Christine Hill and Virginia Barrett, who collectively possess more than three decades of property-casualty insurance experience.
“Everyone has different insurance needs, and they change and evolve over time,” Barrett said. “We cultivate relationships and get to know our clients. Building our clients’ trust has been critical to our success.”

The deal bolsters Inszone’s service offerings in Arizona and expands its footprint in the state.
“By bringing The Contractors Insurance Group’s deep knowledge and expertise to the table, we will continue to offer high-quality service to meet clients’ needs,” said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services.
The deal is the latest in a string of acquisitions for Inszone. Earlier this month, the company snapped up California-based Larry Fu Insurance Agency and Donna Ledwick Insurance Services.
